What you need to know about “Mag Imo”, the novelty of France 3 Paris / Île-de-France

Societal developments, practical questions, needs for dreams or inspiration to renovate and rethink your home… Le Mag Immo, a new event offered by France 3 Paris/Île-de-France from this Sunday at 10.35 a.m., aims to answer to all questions related to real estate. Sonia Chironi and her team take care of everything, on TV and on social networks!

The summary of the first issue sets the tone for this brand new program: We will get news from the life annuity (an old solution for acquiring housing but which is still as successful), we will discuss the nuisances linked to the work of Greater Paris, we will discover a new trend, “Co-living” and we will visit an exceptional house completely renovated in the town of Raincy in Seine-Saint-Denis.

The ambition of this new magazine led by Sonia Chironi? Being as close as possible to the concerns of Parisians and Ile-de-France residents, whether they are tenants, owners, sellers or buyers, with small or large means.

To achieve this, three reports will illustrate and explain the words of the experts invited to the set:

“My house my story” which will address themes related to real estate through a concrete situation experienced by individuals (Renting after 62 years, going back on a promise to sell, dealing with poor workmanship, etc.)

“Tell me how you live” focuses on current trends and inspirations, such as the current craze around “shaker” style kitchens, furniture inspired by the Protestant religious community of the same name in the 1750s.

“Grand Paris, the good and the bad plans” focuses on the changes brought about by Grand Paris and the 2024 Olympic Games.

Alongside Sonia Chironi, Charlotte Meunier, a television professional converted into real estate, will bring her knowledge of the sector, and Sami Mriga, a social media specialist, will deliver the information to remember in a pragmatic way.

Mag Immo will be broadcast every Sunday at 10:35 a.m., but will also be present on social networks and beyond. The themes, interviews and reports will indeed be exposed in different formats and over different durations on the Instagram accounts, Twitter, Facebook and Tiktok from France 3 Paris/IDF. A weekly podcast will also be produced and broadcast on all platforms in order to reach those curious about real estate, whatever their preferred mode of consumption.
